There are several other platform designs that I have done for this company including the Ikigai Tech website, Affiliate Platform and many more.
During my stint in this company, I found myself at one point having to come up with a new redesign for the attendee app. The stakeholders wanted to create an app that was more 'global' compared to the the current version of that product. That implied having to create a different kind of information architecture to fit the altered concept. The only issue is when I presented the new variations of the bottom navigation the stakeholders seemed kind of confused and didn't have an answer. The reason for their indecisiveness is because they never actually had to make that kind of decision and never actually thought about the users who were using the product. That's when I found out that the real navigation is not in the app, but in the navigation of meetings and the needs and ideas of the people responsible for delivering the final product.
After that situation, I approached the meetings differently depending on who is attending and how to handle each colleague persona.
In the end products are made for people… by people.
